Welcome! Soard Properties is one of the largest rental businesses serving Cookeville and Algood, Tennessee. For over 45 years, we have provided rental housing for families and college students. Many of our locations are just minutes from TTU's campus. Please stop by our office to get an availability listing, and bring a photo ID to check out a key.
Our Properties
Soard Properties leases a wide range of houses and apartments, from one bedroom to four bedrooms. We allow pets in certain locations with weight and breed restrictions. All pets must be pre-approved with a signed pet agreement. Please contact the office to inquire about fees.
